We do our best to get your orders to your doorstep as quickly as possible so as soon as you place your order it moves into processing and therefore we are unable to make any changes or cancelations to existing orders.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email to let you know that your order is on it’s way! This email will contain a tracking number that you can click on at any time to see the current status of your delivery.

Please sign up for the waitlist! One of the heaviest factors in deciding what items to restock is the on the demand created by you! Let us know what you want to see back in-stock by signing up for restock notifications!

We do our absolute best to make sure that your order is fulfilled correctly, but mistakes can happen. If there is an error with your order, please email us within 3 days of delivery at hello@shopondaisylane.com so that we can get you the correct item. If something in your order is damaged upon delivery, please include a photo of the item and the package.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIIMES are as follows. (Please note, some items do not have expedited shipping options and you will see your shipping options at checkout.)
- STANDARD USPS GROUND SHIPPING typically takes 3-6 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays), but is not guaranteed.
- USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING take 2-3 days, excluding Sundays and holidays.
- EXPRESS SHIPPING is delivered the next day.

We currently only ship to the United States.

If your item was returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can ship the item back to you but will need to charge you the additional cost of the shipping plus a small processing fee.

You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking status to be updated by the postal system.

We always hope you absolutely love your order, but if for some reason, you’re not totally in love, we accept returns for store credit only. Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the shipping fee will be taken out of your store credit. Due to the nature of some items, they are final sale and not eligible for returns. Please see our full Return Policy here.
